9/13/2023 0 Comments Linkedin recruiter lite![]() ![]() I find an “ideal candidate’s profile” (or two, or three) to be especially helpful. ![]() We have designed our sourcing intake form Brain Gain Recruiting Sourcing Checklist to solicit that extra information. We gain the extra info and Hiring Manager’s preferences through intake write-ups and meetings. A job description is written to attract talent, and it is only one piece of data for Recruiters. ![]() I’d be interested in hearing if anyone else is using it.Recruiters are aware that most job descriptions lack some information necessary to source potential candidates. however it’s only $86 (a little more if your get there email/number search option) and it might be worth it based on how good the search system is. Also reminders are only based on the day and don’t have a time. There’s a lot of perks that need to be worked out like for example you can’t remove candidates from an assignment, their version of a job, if you put them in there by mistake. Has anyone else tried it/use it? Looks like they’re trying to become an applicant tracking system but they have a long way to go. Ones that I hadn’t found using other search parameters on sales navigator. The way that they search for profiles, not just LinkedIn, it’s pretty intuitive and I was able to find some pretty good candidates right off the bat. I also was recommended a new sourcing tool/company and signed up for the one-week trial and it was pretty impressive. You’re missing out on so many great features when it comes to searching and it’s cheaper as well. If you have an ATS you do not need LinkedIn recruiter lite. Somebody suggested sales navigator and man talk about life-changing. ![]() As long as I can remember they offered it I’ve been using it. So I’ve had LinkedIn recruiter lite for ever. ![]()
